Let’s Make War

“Let’s Make War”

Warrior Bride of Christ
Lately I have been at a place in the battle field, facing the Giants in the land. I was having my ups’ and down’s in this battle field, but thankfully God surrounds me with Warrior’s who encourage me to get up and fight. My spiritual muscles are getting strengthened through this transition. Where I had been weak, I feel the Strength of God come in.

Laughter, I must say has been one of those strengths. Last night was Classic example. I went to church feeling the heavy weight of despair in the not knowing where I am to live with so little time left, But I didn’t just sit there and allow the weight of despair over take me, I went to worship God anyways, And praise God through Worship, God began to strengthen me. Laughter overtook me. And Now My armor is back on to fight.

Warrior's Heart
I feel the excitement, I feel the host of Angels with their flaming swords surround me and go before me. I’m reminded of how much bigger God is. And how He doesn’t leave me nor forsake me. He fights for me. How, I still feel that He will open up the floodgates of heaven of Blessing on my behalf because he loves me.

I feel like through this process, He is taken that sand paper and rubbing things off of me that have hindered me down for so long. The in-between process is causing a shift to take place in me. The Giants that seemed so big, have now looked so small. As the God of the living, the dead and the Universe has Got my back. He squashes those Giants that have taunted me.
Armor of God

I’m pressing in and moving forward. I’m still packing and know that God is going to show up for me in this process. I’m still going to go to my promise land.

These songs have ministered to me that lifts me up and gets my armor back on to fight. Rick Pino~ You’re an Army. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIqrWIhZX2o&feature=related

Warrior Angel
I’m also reminded of scriptures such as Psalm 91 which is a place in the word that pertains to protection. http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=psalms%2091&version=NIV

Mine lately has been this move, but I’m sure for some reading this it can be a great many different things to which you feel the giants of the land taunting you. Things such as health problems, money problems, family problems, addictions, and so on, But I encourage you to get back up. I encourage you to look to God (JESUS) your deliverer, to worship him, to put your armor back on. I encourage you to get surrounded by believers who have greater faith and have been through the flames already to fight with you, to encourage you. Surround yourself with faith filled people. Where you have lacked in faith, you will begin to increase in your faith.
Winter Rest

Remove the influences in your paths to which have knocked you down. Be like the tree planted among living waters, as it says in Psalm 1:1-3 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Psalms%201:1-3&version=NIV

Tree of Life

Just know that you’re NOT alone in the battlefield. Don’t give up!!! Get your armor back on and FIGHT!

I will be on the battlefield with you. Together we can pray for one another, encourage one another.

I would love to pray for you, if you have a pray need please leave a comment below as I will lift you up with my prayers. I will pack and pray this week for you.

Look for the latest blogs above to see updates of How I got through this battle,of new works, and New insights to encourage you by.

Get up and GO after it

This week I was going through some faith testing, as I have been looking for the right place for my family and me to settle down at. I was also being stretched in my faith to do some things I have not done before. I thought I could either stay in my little comfortable box of what I’m used to. Or move forward to a greater level to which I have not done before to get to a level of where God wants me to be.

What kept coming to me was the story of the (“Wall of Jericho”)Israelites in the area of their life when they were transitioning from the desert to the promise land and their came a point when the Manna stopped, a point where God lead them to go after their promise. They were directed to the promise land, but instructed to go after it.

They had to do something different to what they were accustomed to in order for them to get their promise. One was Walking around a wall for 7 days and then shouting before the walls came down, another was circumcision to which was unpleasant at the time to go through, while yet another was getting their food a different way because the manna stopped for them and this was all done before they got their first portion promise. They began to do things differently.

They had some battles to face along the way while walking in the desert with God to prepare them for them to take a hold of their promise when the wall fell down. They didn’t just sit there, they went after it.  (Reference to read: Joshua 2:1-22, 6:1-27)

I realized that in my own circumstances, I was still walking in an old mind set. From the way I was handling this move to the upgrade of this move. I could hear the Lord say, I’m doing a shaking, shaking out the old to make room for the new.

I’m moving to a place to which is already upgraded from where I live now, to also the way I handle what God gives me in my hands to work with.

·         Today I finally got it. In Order to enter my promise land, I need to let go of old mind set and old ways of doing things. To go somewhere where I haven't been, I need to do something I haven't done before. The Israelites had to go after their promise land and Start planting crops for food because the Manna was not being served anymore, yet they prospered. They went after their promise and changed their mind set.

I’m going after my promise. And I’m more excited about the rest of this year and years to come because I stepped out to do something out of my comfort zone.

This place that I am in now, allows me to see how much bigger God truly is.
He is my El Shaddai..

God who is able to pour out His promises of provision and power in abundance.

Promise Land
As this Bride enters in, she is not worried, despaired or impoverished. She is not held down by the world's economy because she recognizes that she is a daughter of the most High God who has promised to take care of her. According to his riches and glory in Christ Jesus. God is more than a provider; He is the God of abundance. Come and enter in to your promise land.

Worship While I Wait

“Worship While I Wait”

Heaven's Worship

Waiting, lately that has been a familiar word, And None the less NOT my favorite either as most I’m sure would agree. But I have been reminded lately through a song that Holy Spirit keeps replaying in my heart as he ministers to me.

“While I’m waiting I will worship you” by John Waller http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kc7orBfhEmk

I was hoping to write a different subject this week, but waiting is one that I have been experiencing. Feeling the pressure and while relaying on His peace, trusting that God is going to come through for my answer. Through His word, His Spirit, and through others who encourage me, I get “Trust him” ~ He’s got something better for you. ~He will come on time.

Heart of Worship
I hear in my heart that He will NOT leave me nor forsake me. That he will come through at the 11th hour. Just in time coming through with the best for my family and I.

As some may not know I am going through a move, a transition to be from one place to another with only 2 weeks to go. And the waiting is the where, as I look for the right place.

I’m thankful that I live in a country with choices, a freedom to choose where I can live, thankful that I have a enough funds to move where ever I am to be, thank full that I have a church family to help me move as my husband is away overseas for awhile. Thankful for many things actually such as my kids, my health, family, friends, and the fact that I get to be a part in what God is doing through the lives of others through the art. A little piece of a puzzle in the great big world as many needs Jesus.

I can say these things as a way to worship my King Jesus for the many things to be thankful for while I wait.  As I think about what The Spirit of God is speaking to my heart about. Worship being one of the keys. I think about examples of scriptures in the bible of others when they worshiped God the father; what happened? And what break through did they get?

Here is a few that has encouraged me that I encourage you to read:

The Battle of Jericho:  Read Joshua 4,5,6

Jehoshaphat King of Judah ~~Give thanks to the LORD, for his love endures forever.” ~~ Please read the full story in : 2 Chronicles 20 Jehoshaphat Defeats Moab and Ammon

You see how the Army of God, the Israelites defeated the enemy through worship.

http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2%20Chronicles%2020&version=NIV

My Soul Longs for You

Another was

~King David facing a lot in His life through many different trials as he went to God in both prayer and worship. David was a man after God’s own heart. He relied on God to get him through those tough times which were many from being alone on the Sheppard field, to a Giant after him, to king Saul in pursuit to kill him for about 8 years or so, to armies after him, to a loss of a child, a family taken, broken relationships, a best friend’s death, a place of No rest for a time in his life, and much more.

Yet through it all, King David held on to God. He humbled himself going lower before him and took time throughout his life in worshiping him. God brought him through each time whether it was an answered prayer that David wanted, or a wait, or a No. Yet, King David didn’t lose heart. Instead He gains a fulfilled promise which was Jesus through his descendent line.  You can read more about King David through the books such as 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings and 1 Chronicles. Plus read the books that He took part in writing in reverence to God: The book of Psalms

These people set examples of worship, worshiping God before they saw their break through, as they worshiped him in spirit and in truth. They worshiped him even through the tough times. Even King Saul in the old testament who was in torment in his mind at a time in his life, was able to have moments of peace because of worship. Though he may at the time didn’t sing the songs that David was singing to God in the Kings presence. The King did what you would call soaking today (listening to worship, as thoughts of praises to the lord filled his heart, mediating on him).

Soaking links for you to explore that has also helped me to enter in:  http://www.soakingwithapurpose.com/favorites/

In the Light of Worship

God says in his word that He inhabits the praises of His people   Psalm 22:3

God is already surrounded by a great many people and angels worshiping in heaven even now. Songs of worship to God is like the essence of Love and trust to him. I understand for some reading this, they would say that there is many ways to worship God In reference of course to the Holy Bible. These can be, giving, obeying what God’s word says, Love one another, and and so on .But my main focus is actually singing to him and or soaking or both.

You don’t have to sound beautiful to sing to him either. And you don’t have to memorize a worship song to sing. You can sing from your heart a new song. You can simply sing your prayer to him, how you feel about him. You can sing in the spirit or sing the scriptures to him. I’ve done all these things. And I tell you that when I have those hard pressing moments where the enemy would want to knock me down with despair, I would counter act that with worship.

This is not the first time I have been through the purification moments where pressure can do that to you. My faith in the waiting in the time I have left is been refined. I see that. I see and feel that this is just another level I need to go through before entering in to a greater of what God has for me.

In Yeshua Presence
The Israelites had to go through a few things themselves before they got to their promise land. They were getting refined for a greater of what God had for them. Great they became and great they still are today as God has blessed them. God still blesses them though they have gone through still some many trials in the testing of their faith through the persecution of others. The greatest of anything or anyone that has come from them, is Jesus. To whom I also give my worship to. As I worship Jesus who is the Christ the son of the living God, God the father and the Spirit of God, I receive His peace, His Rest, and His surpassing Joy that fills my soul going lower before him and slower in time with him through the busyness and distractions that try to come my way.

I encourage you to take some time out of your busyness to worship him. I know that when you do, you will feel better. You can worship him while driving to and from places, worship him while you clean, worship him before you go to bed. Worship him during your break from work like in your car or where ever. And of course set aside moments to take time for him just at his feet.

Are you too sick to worship him, like a cold or physically unable? Then Soak (listen to worship and focus your heart on him)

Did you go through a recent tragedy of some sort and feel it’s too hard to pick yourself up? Then Keep your eyes and heart centered to Him Who can heal those wounds of brokenness. I encourage you to play worship in your home, your car, and take time to listen to it to help you lift your spirit up. When you can, I encourage you to sing to him love songs from your heart.

Are you feeling the time crunch of something that has to be done, whether a project that needs to get done, a move, finding a Job, ect. And you know that you have already submitted these things to prayer doing everything else you could? Then Rest in worship.

I look forward to seeing my break through and while I wait, I will worship him.

Let it Rain ~ See His Goodness

“Let it Rain” ~ See His Goodness

"Glory Rain"
This week has been an off and on raining week as this is  April. April is known for rain in most places around the world.

You can look at the rain and “be thankful “as it is here for those; who have planted their fields waiting for their harvest or their gardens that will soon bloom whether in the wild or where they live, who love the indoors as the rain pours, who love to hear the sounds of the sky as it brings a sense of wonder and peace, and the rainbows afterwards with painted clouds.

"New Waves of Glory~Cross"
Or you can look at it in despair and find fault; that you and  your things are wet, slow traffic, or whatever other reason you can think of or find that you catch yourself singing “Rain Rain go away come back another day”. Yes, there is some circumstance where raining in certain places has caused flooding and or damage, I get that. I understand that can be difficult to embrace the rain, or difficult to embrace for a special event such as an outdoor wedding or funeral.

~This week I have been facing a new thing that has repeated itself in different forms in the past to which I thought to be wrong timing. Such things I speak of is moving. Being uprooted and then replanted elsewhere. Something that I thought was going to take place next year or in the winter of this year, but that is not the case. The Rain is here both physical and spiritual. I can choose to look at this and embrace it or be in despair and frustration over the rain of my situation.

"Water of Life"
"Spring Rain"
So I pondered about my outlook on this. To look with a view of hope and expectation and thankfulness in my heart for what is taken place now. Knowing that God knew before I did and seeing how He already placed me at a church to which I would drive over an hour for and that I’m now going to be near, that He provided for this move to which my loved one is extend overseas for, and He provided loving support for both prayers and helping hands through this transition process. Though I would have chosen another time such as the summer months or wait until my husband came home, I trust God for his Prefect timing. Even in what seems like a bad situation, God turns it around for his Glory. I originally cried when I learned we were moving now. Not because I was happy but because I just went through a Move last May when My Husband was gone and I had to do it again on top of everything else that goes with it. It took a Few days to now to be really excited.

He sees the bigger picture. I also see more opportunities for my family because of this move for both spiritual and physical growth. So I say ~Thank You Jesus, Let the rain come.
"Glory Rain~Gold"

Now I’m looking forward to the New sounds of the rain and The beauty that comes with it. Not minding if I get wet or slow in traffic, because when the rain is over, you get your harvest. You get to see God’s artistic beauty. You get your car cleaned for free ;-) You get to drink of His goodness as the rain also gives us fresh water to drink.

I’m so thankful for His Goodness. God has brought encouragement this week to me through his word to which I felt fitting to share with you all: “Be ready in and Out of season” 2 Timothy 4:2

Prepare your fields for Rain ~ ”then I will send rain on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine and oil.” Deuteronomy 11:14

"Lord of the Harvest"
“We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

"I am making everything new!" Revelation 21:5

“He turns my morning into dancing.” Psalm 30:11

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding but in all ways acknowledge him and he will direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:5

“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed," says the LORD, who has compassion on you.” Isaiah 54:10

Water Color~ "Peace in the Storm"
The Lord Is My Peace in the mists of the storm. Have you gone through a storm recently, or are you going through it now? Just know that you’re not alone. That God Sees. He is working on your behalf. You may not understand now, but you will see the whole picture later. Your storm will produce something good. For what Satan meant for evil, God turns it around for his Glory. Just know that He will make something beautiful out of this. Out of what you went through. He makes something beautiful after the rain.

Jesus

Jesus:

He did this for us~
The Last Supper

As I write, I am reminded that this is Easter weekend. This night he took Passover… because Jesus is Jewish and that has NOT changed.(Jesus came to fulfill the Law (torah),NOT abolish it)
He even took time to pray for us knowing that he was going to be tortured and eventually die.  Read John 17 as this is His Prayer for us all.

His Love 4 Me
This day over 2000 years ago, JESUS made the ultimate sacrifice. Arrested, betrayed, ridiculed, name called, accused, beaten, spit on, rejected even by those he was close to. He bore our guilt and shame upon himself whipped to the point of being unrecognizable, pain, and thirst. His GREAT LOVE for us was present in the midst of all of these things that happened to him. Read John3:16-17

~No one made him do it, as he had the power to stop ALL of this. No Jewish person made him, No Gentile person made him, He Willing lay down his life for me, for you, and for us.~ Read John 10:18
His Stripes

He bore the affliction, the pain of the crown of the thrones on his head , his strength depleting from him as He carried his cross after all of the man-made suffering, his body must have already been worn out from the torture just before this event.

Just one Drop

Then he being nailed to the cross was reminded of His LOVE for us, Reminded as to why, Innocent as He was and Innocent as he is, did this for us when he said, “Father Forgive them, They know NOT what they are doing.” Luke 23:34

He desired for them to be saved, to receive his gift for each one who comes across Jesus. Even those who wiped him, those who were nailing him to the cross to be forgiven because he loved them. Hoping and believing that they too would believe and be with him.

He did this for past, present and future generations~
He shed His Blood for You

He did this for ALL mankind.

The story doesn’t end there …
He is Risen

He suffered and died, and though he was buried… He is ALIVE today. You see Jesus rose from the grave on the 3rd day.  The power of the Spirit of God raised him. Jesus was a spotless pure sacrifice like that of the Jewish people who sacrifices the spotless pure lamb for the atonement of their sins. Since he chose to die for us and take our punishment…(innocent as he was), Jesus had the authority and power to get the keys of death (Spiritual Death) back from Satan’s grip when it was taken at the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve sinned in the beginning. Jesus also set free the former Righteous people who died before him as now they can be in Heaven where God Dwells because of the death of Jesus.

JESUS IS ALIVE!!!!

Dance with Me
He is calling you to be with him!

Jesus is calling you now. He is calling you to receive His free gift.  Jesus is the free gift. Just by believing what he did for you ,by asking him to forgive you of your sins and receiving him as Lord and savior with your confession of prayer to which you can make it your own. He says in His Word ~The Holy Bible~ that he would come and be with you. There are so many reasons today to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

1. You get to go to Heaven because that is where He dwells. And you are then spared from Hell to which go those who refuse to believe and walk with Jesus in this life. For Hell is where Jesus and God the father are Not, and they respect a person wishes if that person chooses NOT to believe and receive the  free gift for why would you make a person be with you if that person didn’t want to be with you now.

Jesus says that He is the Way, the Truth, and the LIFE. “No one comes to the father (GOD~ who dwells in heaven) expect through him.”
The Way, The Truth, The Life

2. You are NOT alone for He is with you. You also get to be a part of a larger family of God.

Jesus says in the word: I am with you always~

3. You get to have a relationship with your creator.

In his Word~ I am a child of God. And as a child of God, He takes care of His children.

4. You get all your Needs met

The bible says, seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and ALL these things will be added unto you.  Matthew 6:33

5. You get to be a part of miracles, See great things, experience great things either in yourself or others.

For the bible says, Greater shall you do.  Can you imagine that you can be a part of what God is doing in the lives of people? And see wonderful fulfillment of things in your own life as well.

6. You’ll feel that He is, that He is real. Jesus comes with All his goodness. He has a lot of His goodness to share with you. Adventures a waits as you choose him.

Now I’m NOT going to sugar coat this. You will have times of facing challenges, facing things you’d rather NOT, but let those times be the moments where Jesus picks you up, Where he pours more of himself, His love into you to endure times of hardship.  And there will also be days of rest from challenges, days of refreshing, days of strengthening for the Joy of the Lord is your strength.

I invite you to let Jesus in.  Your Joy will be made complete as you do.
