Father's Love is something dear to my heart. God over the year's has been unveiling His deep and wide Love to me. To show me what Love looks like so I can have a foundation how to better love others. How we can demonstrate such love as knowing how much we are loved.
The bible says in Luke 10:27 tpt The religious scholar answered, “It states, ‘You must love the Lord God with all your heart, all your passion, all your energy, and your every thought. And you must love your neighbor as well as you love yourself.’ ”
Luke 10:27 TPT
To Love well is knowing you are loved. I don't know if growing up you experienced a loving father and one who was present, but I was blessed with one. My daddy introduced me to Jesus when I was 4 watching King of Kings and he talked about his experiences in his own relationship with God. He wasn't perfect but he demonstrated to me that God's Love is deep and wide and how much he loves me. Growing up I faced rejection from peers and although I struggled with that level of rejection, my landing place was embracing Jesus like the Art piece Above called "Dance with me". Jesus connected to my heart in his demonstration of the Father's Love. My heart grew in compassion for the broken, lonely and rejected ones as I felt his deep love for me. The bible says; Man may fail you,but God never will.
Maybe you had an absent Dad or one who hurt you. Can I just say, Daddy God is not equal to your earthly father. As the word says:
Although my father and my mother have abandoned me, Yet the Lord will take me up [adopt me as His child].
Psalms 27:10 AMP
Let your character [your moral essence, your inner nature] be free from the love of money [shun greed—be financially ethical], being content with what you have; for He has said, “I will never [under any circumstances] desert you [nor give you up nor leave you without support, nor will I in any degree leave you helpless], nor will I forsake or let you down or relax My hold on you [assuredly not]!”
Hebrews 13:5 AMP
God breathed his breathe into us As the first one was Adam. We not only carry his likeness but his breath. We are made from him and our purpose is to discover we are wanted, loved and adopted by him. Jesus came to reveal Father's love to us. To reveal his heart and purpose for us to reconnect to Daddy God. To know we are royalty and walking in his identity, his likeness. To understand the word as the word says:
Beloved, let us [unselfishly] love and seek the best for one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves [others] is born of God and knows God [through personal experience]. The one who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love. [He is the originator of love, and it is an enduring attribute of His nature.] By this the love of God was displayed in us, in that God has sent His [One and] only begotten Son [the One who is truly unique, the only One of His kind] into the world so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation [that is, the atoning sacrifice, and the satisfying offering] for our sins [fulfilling God’s requirement for justice against sin and placating His wrath]. No one has seen God at any time. But if we love one another [with unselfish concern], God abides in us, and His love [the love that is His essence abides in us and] is completed and perfected in us.
1 John 4:7-10, 12 AMP
In my walk with God it began with connections with the person Jesus who reveals his love, to later Connections to Holy Spirit about 20 years ago. To the last 10 or so years to connect to Daddy God. When I began to go after this, I grew into security in who I am and boldness and peace grew in my heart because I knew I was Loved by Daddy God. To know he has my back and his best for me. He taught me even now to come like faith like a child.
For as the word says: in Matthew 18: 3 to come like a child. In the art piece Above, This little boy is laughing with Jesus , he knows he can be secure in his love and be loved and accepted. Daddy God is like this picture towards you and I. Holding us in his lap and pouring out his joy towards us. Jesus came to reveal what Daddy God is like and how much he wants to connect with us to set us free from insecurities and release his blessings towards us. His love, his Hope with a future in it.
To recieve this kind of Love is first accept Jesus as Lord and Savior. To receive the truth in his word that you are adopted into the kingdom and know you are loved by God. To forgive any earthly representation of a father who may have hurt or disappoint or was absent as God wants to heal those places in your heart. He can take out the stones of past pain and replace it with his love. To really know what Love is, what Love looks like, what love feels like. This kind of love brings healing to our soul.
The letter Above is God's pure Words from the Bible collective placed in the order of His love letter to you. Today I celebrate Daddy God's love a father who loves me and you. A father that never fails and has purpose for you to fulfill. A father that blesses you. 🙌 God is ❤️ Love. And his heart is for you to experience this in a real deep way like never before. His love is available today and has an open invitation to you with his open to you. My prayer today is a new level of connections with his heart and you stepping into the fullness he has meant for you to walk in.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to pray this with me:
Father/Daddy I come to you ready to receive a. greater assurance of the Love you have for me. Come into my heart and take full possession of it. Activate my faith to proclaim your great Love wherever I go. I am your beloved because Jesus is my rescuer and leads me into authentic relationship with you.
